With two decades working in the heart of the resources sector, Susan leaves a legacy of community and people-oriented projects that have become the poster child of the wider contributions made by the sector.
These include the establishment of the Chamber of Minerals and Energy’s (CME) annual Women in Resources Awards, the WA resources sector biennial Diversity and Inclusion Report, the annual Inspiring Girls Careers Forum and CME’s Digital Technologies Education Program.
Alongside an enviable understanding of mining’s corporate sector, Susan has developed an unparalleled and loyal network of respected industry and community networks.
With an intrinsic talent for team building and capacity development, Susan is strategically minded and inspires those she leads to embrace a culture of continuous improvement.

Susan has a Diploma of Leadership Coaching, a bachelor’s degree in education, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Mental Health First Aider.
Susan is based in our Australian office but works with clients across the world.
