Dr. Iris Rattley is an AHPRA Endorsed Organisational Psychologist and Managing Director – Asia Pacific of Metisphere.

Iris brings over twelve years’ experience in leadership and organisational development, working with clients to set strategy and design and deliver interventions that drive sustainable behaviour change. She partners with senior leaders and engages employees to lift people performance and build exceptional organisations.

She has extensive experience across leadership, organisational and people strategy, operating model and organisation design, culture change, transformation and change management, leadership development and individual and team effectiveness.

She brings a deep understanding of human behaviour and evidence-informed practice to deliver pragmatic, strengths-based, tailored solutions for clients.

She has partnered with clients from across state and federal government, health, aged care, NFP and defence sectors to tackle their biggest people, leadership and culture challenges.

Prior to joining Metisphere Iris worked with a range of consulting companies including Nous Group, the Accelerated Learning Laboratory, SHL and Chandler Macleod. She was also Lecturer-in-charge at the Australian School of Business, UNSW in topics including values, ethics, personality, career management and decision making.

She holds a Masters and PhD in Organisational Psychology and is a Psychology Board approved supervisor. Her PhD focused on instructional design and the transfer of learning. She has a passion for psychology and lifelong learning and is driven to support leaders and organisations to learn, grow and thrive.

Iris enjoys coastal life on Sydney’s Northern Beaches with her young family.

Iris is based in Australia and works with clients globally.
